Gulshan Rice Recipe

Ingredients

Basmati Rice (Seal rice recommended) 500 gm
Carrot (cut in small dices) 1 cup
Raisins/ Sultanas less then 1/2 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 3 - 4
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Small Cardamom (crushed) 2 - 3
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

Soak rice in water for 2 hours.
Boil rice and salt as per taste.
Heat oil and add tomatoes and carrots cook for 2 minutes.
Now add sugar, Soya sauce, salt, white vinegar, black pepper, small cardamom and cook for 1 minute.
Mix onion, capsicum, raisins and cook this mixture for 1 minute.
Add rice in mixture and simmer for 10 minute on low flame.
Serve with SPICY CHICKEN WINGS, CHICKEN BREAST, CHICKEN ROAST or KEBAB.
