Ingredients

Egg yolk 1
Butter 112 gram
Refined flour 168 grams
Caster sugar 56 grams
Vanilla essence few drops Ingredients for filling
Eggs 2
Pistachios (chopped) 1tbsp
Walnut (chopped) 1tbsp
Cinnamon tsp
Raisins 2 tbsp
Orange rind (grated) 2tbsp
Almonds (cut) 2tbsp
Glazed red cherries 2tbsp
Glazed Green cherries 2tbsp
Salinas 2tbsp
Jam 3 tbsp

Instructions

Beat butter. Sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl till frothy. Add egg yolk and beat.
Fold in refined flour
Knead into soft dough; roll out.
With the help of a cutter cut into a rounds and place on a muffin tray.
Mix raisins, orange rind, walnuts, red and green cherries sultanas, pistachios, cinnamon, almonds and eggs in a bowl.
Put 1tsp of mixture on each tart. Bake in pre-heated oven at 108 C for 20 minutes
Apply jam on sides of each tart; garnish with pistachios and serve
