Ingredients

MILK: 1 LITER
KHOYA: 1/2 KG
SUGAR: 1/2 CUP
KHEWRA: 1 TSP
CONDENSED MILK: 1 TIN
CORN FLOUR: 1TBSP
ILAICHI POWDER: 1/4 TSP

Instructions

BOIL MILK IN A PAN.
ADD SUGAR AND LEAVE FOR 20 MINUTES,
ADD ILAICHI POWDER, CONDENSED MILK, AND KHOYA ALONG WITH SUGAR AND MIX WELL,
TAKE HALF CUP MILK FROM THE SAME PAN AND ADD CORN FLOUR IN IT MIX WELL AND ADD IN THE PAN...
MIX WELL TILL THICK ADD KHEWRA AND POUR ON THE THAI (MATTE KA BARTON) LEAVE TO COOL AND SERVE.
